Thank you James (and Jennifer too)! The inspection and reported completed by Alderman Home Inspection is the the most comprehensive and thorough inspection. He answered many questions about the home we were thinking of purchasing in a very professional manner. He is very knowledgeable and reviewed the home literally from top to bottom and side to side. We will be asking him to inspect any home we purchase.

James is the person that works for you! We are relocating from Louisiana to Tennessee and without ever personally meeting James, he provided services that made our home buyers home inspection process peaceful and we knew that what he inspected was properly inspected! Once we received his report, we knew that James provided a thorough and excellent service given us a piece of mind that the services we requested were unbiased and reported findings were accurately inspected and detailed regardless of the inspection requestor. As a former Louisiana state licensed home builder and after working with James and receiving his report, I now know that James is someone that anyone can count on to provide a quality home inspection in a timely manner and in the best interest of our homes!

James was very patient and kind and spent a lot of time with us pointing out various things in the house that he would have in his report so we completely understood everything. Jim was on time, on point, very thorough and insightful. I wasn't there during the inspection but came right at the end. He took the time to go over the report and any items needing additional attention. I appreciated the professional manner both he and his wife Jennifer (from the office) worked to make the inspection so easy. And admittedly, it wasn't as expensive as I thought. It's people like Jennifer and Jim that made me want to move to TN. I'll bet he'd even teach me how to fish if I asked him. Thanks to both of you. Glad to be your "neighbor".

This inspection was the second time we used James Alderman to inspect a home for us. He did a thorough inspection of an investment house that we are purchasing. His report is very thorough and revealed a lot of good information. He was pleasant to be around as he conducted his inspection. We currently living in Michigan and have recently placed a contract on a home in Fairfield Glade, TN. Alderman Home Inspections was recommended to us. We received the report today and it was very indepth and clearly comprehensive. He clearly identified the discrepancies, which included pictures showing the support for his finding.
